Step 1: Understand (40 min)
Please feel free to talk about whatever you would like. If there is a difference between the issue you had in mind before the consultation and the issue seen objectively, we will help you explore together where that difference comes from.
What you'll walk away with: the core issue, free of bias, identified through active listening.
Step 2: Solution (40 min)
Building on the above, we will propose both the solution with the highest likelihood of success and a realistic, actionable solution tailored to your current situation.
If you wish, we will also help you decide which option to choose.
What you'll walk away with: solutions, after recognizing the gap between the issue as you see it and your biases.
Step 3: Systematize (40 min) *3-session course only
We look at why you keep falling back into old patterns even when you know the solution. Then we work backward from your goals to design a system that holds up no matter how mentally drained you are, so you finish with a plan tailored to you that you can start right away.
What you'll walk away with: an understanding of why things do not stick or improve, and a personalized system.
